Motions are important tools that experiences criminal lawyers use to try and prevent the government from doing something. Other times they are used to get the government to do something they may otherwise not want to do. I file motions in just about every case I handle. Attached are some motions which I file in different cases. I have argued these motions successfully at the trial court level and numerous occasions.
